Cancellation Penalties
100 % of outstanding subscription for the contract duration
All outstanding monies (debit orders) must be paid in full before a cancellation is finalized
UNPAID DEBIT ORDER PENALTIES
R 100.00 incl VAT for every unpaid debit order

All prices include 14% VAT.
Use bundled bytes within 30 days. Unused data will be forfeited.
Once you have used up your bundle, the applicable out of bundle rate will apply.
SMS messages are charged at standard rates.
Data transfer rates are not guaranteed and are dependent on network availability and utilisation.
A compatible device is required to use the 3G HSDPA service.
One unit equals one byte.
Out of bundle pricing is rounded up to the nearest cent.
Bundles and tariffs only apply to standard APNs.
Tariffs do not apply to data roaming.

The modem only becomes property of the subscriber after the 24 months contract period is up
One calendar months notice must be given for contract termanitions
After intitial 24 month period lapses, customers automatically revert to a month by month contract
Courier fee if postage option is not taken
Starter pack does not include modem hardware cost
Modem is subsidized over the initial month contract period
Modems are returned to GTS at customers own cost
No Dual sims on DATA contracts
